As a leading global provider of business phone systems and complete contact centre solutions, our client continues to experience phenomenal growth. Fully embedded and managed within Salesforce, their advanced platform delivers a complete cloud PBX solution. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Delivery Manager to be based in Chicago.
As a Delivery Manager, you will:
- Lead customers through the onboarding process
- Manage resources, planning, timelines, scope and stakeholder status reporting
- Lead internal and external meetings
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Review and authorise technical solutions
- Review and authorise project artifacts
- Continually work on product and business improvements
- Degree educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 2-3+ years experience gained in a SaaS-based delivery role. Knowledge of CTI, VoIP and call/contact centres would be advantageous

- A base salary of 75-80k
- First-year achievable OTE of 100-150k
