As a leading global provider of business phone systems and complete contact centre solutions, our client continues to experience phenomenal growth. Fully embedded and managed within Salesforce, their advanced platform delivers a complete cloud PBX solution. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Delivery Manager to be based in Chicago.

As a Delivery Manager, you will:

Lead customers through the onboarding process
Manage resources, planning, timelines, scope and stakeholder status reporting
Lead internal and external meetings
Manage multiple customers simultaneously
Review and authorise technical solutions
Review and authorise project artifacts
Continually work on product and business improvements

Delivery Manager applications are invited from those candidates with the following skills and traits:

Degree educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 2-3+ years experience gained in a SaaS-based delivery role. Knowledge of CTI, VoIP and call/contact centres would be advantageous
Project management experience
Planning and resource management experience
Agile methodology
GSuite
Stakeholder experience
CRM software (Salesforce)
SaaS implementation and onboarding

The successful Delivery Manager can expect:

A base salary of 75-80k
First-year achievable OTE of 100-150k
