To drive further growth, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in London for a Senior Demand Generation and Paid Media Manager.

As a Demand Generation and Paid Media Manager, you will be required to:

Plan and execute demand generation campaigns utilising content marketing, advertising, webinars, events, social media, and email
Lead campaign execution, driving lead generation, demand creation, building pipelines and growing revenue
Define campaign timelines, key milestones, and major launches (Budget and Performance Management)
Analyse and optimise the entire demand generation funnel to achieve revenue marketing goals
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across all advertising channels
Achieve specific cost-per-click and cost-per-lead targets through paid channels
Day-to-day management of advertising campaigns: build ads and landing pages, build target audiences and remarketing lists, monitor performance, and manage spend
Report on paid media performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Demand Generation and Paid Media Manager Skills, Traits & Requirements:

3+ years B2B demand generation experience
2+ years managing paid media and advertising channels, specifically LinkedIn
2+ years of HubSpot experience
2+ years of Salesforce experience
Ability to write short emails, create landing page mock-ups, draft ad copy and host webinars
A solid understanding of B2B marketing, sales funnel, and demand generation metrics
Passion for analysing performance and data-driven decision making
Project management skills
Dynamic and fast-paced
Highly motivated, self-starter, creative, problem-solver
Strong communication skills
