To meet demand, they now have an exciting opening for a hybrid based Digital Marketing Operations Director to drive activities
As a Digital Marketing Operations Director, you will:
- Develop, manage, and refine marketing lifecycles and lead management processes
- Manage website operations (hosting, maintenance, security, functionality, etc.)
- Own and improve the martech infrastructure, systems, and tools
- Enable regional marketing teams to work more efficiently through optimising workflows, processes, and reporting
- Champion data-driven decisions
- Manage 2 direct reports (Content and Development)
- Support SEO-focused content development
- Drive the marketing operations and web development roadmap
- Maintain high standards
- Degree education
- intelligent, inquisitive, and driven
- 5+ years B2B software/technology marketing experience
- Marketing tools, automation CRM and CMS (Salesforce/HubSpot/Pardot)
- Website operations
- Track record of supporting sales growth (lead gen)
- Team player who can work remotely and travel occasionally
- Self-motivated and results-orientated
- Web security/data protection knowledge
- Highly analytical
- English, German, French or Spanish languages would be advantageous
- A base salary circa £62-70k (€70-80k)
