Our enterprise level client is a recognised name within the Utility sector. Due to growth throughout Australia, they have a permanent position for an End User Support Analyst to be based in Melbourne CBD.

As an End User Support Analyst, your duties will include:

  • Customer service: Providing level 1-2 support for new starters and stakeholders, focussing on the installation of hardware
  • Incident Tracking: Recording incident requests from inception to resolution within a ServiceNow Environment
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Conduct incident investigations and analysis, Including troubleshooting when possible
  • Information Sharing: Document (as required) to identify issues, known errors and related procedures in self-help and knowledge bases

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience delivering IT & Customer support
  • SCCM V12 experience with device management, monitoring, asset tracking, applications and deployment
  • Installing, maintaining and servicing computer related products (i.e. desktop and laptop computers, printers, basic network devices and troubleshooting client profiles, MS Software and tailor-made software within the environment)
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco telepresence management suite, Mobile Device Management software and WSUS – Desktop and Server Patching
  • Must be willing to support in-house applications and Vendor driven products including finance & HR services
  • Experience in IT Support relating to hardware, software, network and installations
  • Onboarding new starters by setting up their hardware and from there providing continual support for colleagues

The successful End User Support Analyst can expect a negotiable package circa 60-75k including Super, plus additional and generous benefits.
