Enterprise Account Executive
Germany (Bonn or Dresden)
60-70k Base, 120-150k Uncapped OTE + Benefits
Through their single platform, our international client is modernizing data management. This award-winning company works with the majority of Global 2000 brands and partners with many of the worlds leading technology companies. Due to growth within their enterprise sales function, they now have an exciting opening for a remote-based Enterprise Account Executive.
As a client-facing Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Develop and deliver a go-to-market strategy for key accounts and prospects
- Work with both direct and channel prospects (drive opportunities through the channel)
- Understand customers and close deals with some of the world’s largest companies
- Identify high-value opportunities through strategic and targeted prospecting
- Create and manage lasting relationships
- Up-sell and cross-sell into existing accounts
- Assist with territory marketing initiatives
- Manage forecasting and reporting in Salesforce
- Degree educated candidates with a minimum of 4+ years’ enterprise software sales experience
- Fluent German speakers
- Those who have experience of selling virtualisation technology (preferred)
- Channel and direct sales performers
- Intelligent candidates who are dynamic in approach, ambitious, self-motivated and excellent communicators
- Those with a proven record of sales success within Global 2000 companies
- Those with first class presentation and closing skills who can demonstrate high levels of drive and determination
- Those accustomed to complex sales cycles, first-class proposal writers and storyboarding experts
- Those free to travel
- A base salary circa 60-70k
- An uncapped OTE exceeding 120-150k in the first year
