125-175k Base, 250-350k OTE + Great Benefits
Our client, a fast-growing database ecosystem work with the worlds most sophisticated organisations to harness the power of data. Through delivering next generation database solutions, our client has built an enviable position, a solid network of service partners and is experiencing global growth. Due to this growth, they now have an exciting opening for an Enterprise Account Executive to be based in or around the Bay Area.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline
- Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
- Work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Focus on new logo wins
- Participate in ongoing sales enablement training
- Degree educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 5+ years enterprise level sales experience (Tech, Data, SaaS, BI or Cloud preferred)
- Proven sales achievers who are top performers within their current role (champions)
- Those with solid experience in delivering complex sales solutions
- Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven influencing skills
- Those with the ability to manage the full 360 sales cycle
- Confident negotiators with solid business acumen and pipeline management experience
- Those with gravitas, credibility, character and a stable work history
- Those with previous sales training (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger etc.)
- A base salary of 125-175k
- First-year achievable OTE of 250-350k
