Our technology led client is a global leader in financial wellbeing. With a growing suite of products that allow enterprise employers to give their employees access to the very best in fair financial services where they can track, stream, save, learn and more. Through already working with some of the UK’s leading and largest employers, they are well placed for rapid growth. To meet their lofty ambitions, they are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to complement their high performing sales function.
As a client facing, Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Join a flagship team in showcasing market leading products to enterprise level employers across Europe
- Source and develop relationships, and nurture prospects
- Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets
- Utilise data and solutions selling to create value
- Manage and grow a territory through proactively prospecting new business opportunities
- Identify, grow and nurture major sales opportunities through scheduling and attending appointments with prospects
- Collaborate with colleagues (implementation, support, customer success, product delivery etc.)
- Manage varied sales cycles
- Possess 3+ years experience in a client-facing, sales role where the emphasis was on enterprise SaaS solutions (Payroll, HRIS or Benefits would be highly advantageous)
- Demonstrate a proven record of target achievement and sales success
- Understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at board level
- Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
- Be a commercially aware, new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped earnings
- Have great contacts within FTSE 250 companies
- Be a problem solver, self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Be technically minded and quickly understand new concepts
- Have a thirst to learn and develop
- A 75-115k base salary
- An uncapped OTE of 150-230k
