Enterprise Account Executive – HR Technology
Spain - Remote
80-100k Base 160-200k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our enterprise software client has just completed Series C funding (85mil) and continues to take build significant market share. Their scalable all-in-one high volume hiring platform allows the world’s leading blue-collar enterprise companies drive smart, fast and seamless recruitment initiatives. They now have an exciting and fully remote opportunity for an experienced HR Technology-focused Enterprise Account Executive to meet demand.
As an Enterprise Account Executive you will:
- Drive sales efforts at strategic and operational levels
- Qualify and progress leads, drive sales pipeline, and negotiate and close contracts
- Manage and drive stakeholder relationships
- Become a product expert
- Deliver discovery calls, presentations, and demos
- Complete extensive prospect and customer research
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success etc.)
- Attend industry events
- 10+ years experience selling SaaS products
- 3+ years experience in HR Technology
- Native Spanish
- Extensive network within blue-collar enterprise accounts
- Strong communication skills
- Drive and self-starter
- Enthusiastic and tenacious
- Entrepreneurial (with start-up experience)
- CRM user experience
- Freedom to travel
- A base salary circa 80-100k
- An uncapped first-year OTE of 160-200k
