Enterprise Account Executive – L&D
London / Remote
60-85k base, 120-170k OTE + Excellent Benefits
As a hot tech company, our client has leveraged advanced AI and Machine Learning to develop a well-received L&D platform. This well-funded company is set for phenomenal growth through the build-out of their sales function. They currently have an exciting opening in London for a skilled Russian speaking Enterprise Account Executive to target qualified accounts.
As a London-based Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Target both enterprise and corporate level accounts on an international scale, in both public and private sectors
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, utilising SDR qualified leads, existing contacts and numerous marketing initiatives
- Nurture prospect sales cycles, through maintaining control, developing relationships and constant engagement
- Work alongside an international team focussed product development and innovation
- Take part in team events to strengthen brand, network and reach
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Be degree level educated and possess 5+ years previous enterprise sales experience gained selling HR solutions, L&D, SaaS or similar
- Speak fluent Russian
- Demonstrate a track record of work for/selling at enterprise level
- Have a technical understanding, be an excellent communicator and possess the natural ability to identify opportunities
- Be highly motivated, eager to learn, tenacious, determined and driven
- Be excited by technology
- Be accustomed to lead generation tactics
- An initial base salary circa 60-85k
- An uncapped OTE of 120-170k
