Enterprise Account Executive - Talent Management

60-80k Base, 120-140k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our international client offers a unique, cloud-based AI-powered platform that connects job seekers and employers through employee-generated content. Working with flagship brands across Europe, this company is streamlining the talent management process and increasing hiring efficiency. Due to EU growth plans, they are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to further target UK Prospects
As a London-based Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Identify, map and approach enterprise prospects
- Focus on a variety of sectors
- Qualify and book discovery and demo meetings
- Manage both inbound and outbound activity
- Attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities to build out the German market
- Negotiate and close deals of varying value (30-100k)
- Receive full support (technical, product, marketing, and customer success etc.)
- Progress your career as the region grows
- Degree-educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 4+ years experience gained selling B2B SaaS or Software solutions
- Those with solid experience of identifying sales opportunities in a variety of markets
- Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven influencing skills
- New business focused sales performers with a track record of success
- C-Level Pitchers
- Those with the ability to manage the full 360 sales cycle

- A 60-80k base salary
