Enterprise Account Manager - Martech

75-85k Base 110-120k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our scale-up client provides a leading platform focused on referral marketing and customer retention. Working with over 500 brands, they have established a dominant position, which they aim to rapidly grow through both the agency and partner channels. To drive enterprise accounts, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in London for an Enterprise Account Manager.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will:
- Manage circa 30 enterprise accounts, nurturing and expanding these valuable relationships to generate revenue
- Manage targets for both expansion and renewals
- Proactively seek, manage, and negotiate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build a network of customers and industry contacts to facilitate expansion and success with key accounts
- Work with the revenue team to ensure you deliver the best service throughout the lifecycle of a client
- Work with the partner team to map, plan, and land opportunities with strategic partners
- Be educated to degree level, intelligent, inquisitive and possess a minimum of 3 years’ previous enterprise account management/sales experience, gained in SaaS
- Have experience in closing deals of 100k+ ARR in global enterprise businesses
- Have business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach to sales, account management and complex sales structures
- Demonstrate first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise with customers at all levels
- Possess strong objection handling and negotiating skills
- Be humble, mature, and able to use initiative.
- A base salary circa 75-85k
- An uncapped first year OTE of 110-120k
