Enterprise Customer Success Manager – Technology

With a testing portfolio that meets every requirement and an entrepreneurial and talented workforce, they are primed for further rapid growth. They now have an exciting and immediate opening for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to be based in London.
As an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with a large portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Seek out opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell new lines of business
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a first-class service
- Deliver account onboarding at both user and executive level
- Create and deliver regular account plans
- Manage and maintain successful contract negotiations, expansions, and renewals
- Identify and build upon bespoke client requirements
- Run day-to-day activities through a HubSpot CRM
- 5+ years enterprise-level customer success experience
- Managed Service, SaaS, or B2B technology experience (preferred)
- Developing, improving, and implementing customer success strategies
- Proven record of target-driven success
- Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
- First-class communication and presentation skills
