Our enterprise level client is a recognised name within the Utility sector. Due to growth throughout Australia, they have a permanent position for an Executive IT Support Analyst to be based in Melbourne CBD.

As an Executive IT Support Analyst, your duties will include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for executive and VIP employees to resolve service requests in a professional, timely and effective manner
  • Acting as a concierge and go-to person for hands-on monitoring and assisting with Video Conferences and other meetings utilising Webex, Skype and other Collaboration tools
  • Developing tailored documentation and hands-on training for the VIPs, along with personalized onboarding, and managing expectations and escalations through relationship management
  • Installing, maintaining and servicing computer related products
  • Focussing on desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, basic network devices and troubleshooting client profiles, MS office software and tailor-made software within the environment
  • Providing IT Support on a remote basis
  • Providing mobile device support
  • Conducting investigations and analysis of incidents and service requests, including troubleshooting and resolution where possible
  • Resolving or escalating incidents and service requests, using automated or documented processes (where required)
  • Conducting ongoing system maintenance and updates
  • Accurately recording and tracking employee incident or service request from identification to resolution in ServiceNow environment

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • SCCM knowledge or experience
  • Experience of ticketing systems/service management tools, ideally ServiceNow
  • Experience of enterprise IT environments
  • A passion or interest within IT
  • Dynamic and personal attitude to IT Support
  • Ideally previous experience working with C-level executives
  • First-class communication and presentation skills

The successful Executive IT Support Analyst can expect a negotiable package circa 90-100k including Super, bonuses and additional/generous benefits.
