Our client is a world-leading branding agency focused on delivering innovative media and marketing solutions to the global business community. From SMB’s through to the largest of global brands, our client delivers innovative audio branding. To meet demand, they now have an exciting and highly lucrative opening in Detroit.
As a client-facing Business Development Manager, you will:
- Attend approximately 3-5 pre-qualified client appointments per day with the view to qualifying and closing revenue on the day
- Present bespoke audio branding solutions to business owners and decision-makers of every level
- Work in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles and variable order values
- Process accounts and manage timescales/expectations
- Successfully hand-off accounts to implementation and account management teams
- Seek out referrals and expand network reach
- Be a true new business hunter who desires uncapped commission, qualified appointments, and innovative solutions
- Possess a minimum of 5 years previous field-based sales experience gained in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B sales environment (media, directory, capital equipment, digital, consumables etc.)
- Possess extensive experience of closing deals
- Be an achiever and top performer
- Demonstrate structured sales training (SPIN etc.) and always be closing
- Have excellent communication and first-class presentation skills coupled with the drive and desire to influence decision-makers
- Be articulate, show initiative, have a positive approach to work and an impeccable business image
- A base salary of 40-60k
- An uncapped and very achievable first year OTE of 200-250k
