Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of office products. Via 20 locations strategically placed throughout the UK, they offer a national service on a local scale. With over 20,000 active accounts and a product range that covers everything found in an office, they are well placed for further growth within the corporate sector. They are now looking to add an additional client facing Sales Executive (BDM) to cover Central London and the South East.

As a client facing Sales Executive you will:

  • Be territory based, where you will prospect for new business opportunities within the mid-corporate sectors
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and won accounts
  • Deliver a mix of lead generation, strategic account management and follow up on client referrals
  • Cover a large and lucrative territory and have access to our clients’ full and growing portfolio of products and services
  • Work from our clients South London office when not client facing

The ideal candidate will

  • Have a proven track record of selling in a B2B field based role (I.E. office supplies, security, beverage equipment, vending solutions, washroom solutions, work wear, PPE / personal protective equipment, capital equipment, photocopiers, mailroom solutions, office furniture, recruitment etc)
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels (Finance Directors, Procurement, Facilities Management etc.)
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills with a proven record of working to high activity KPI’s and targets
  • Have strong attention to detail

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 30-35k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 60-70k in the first year. A full benefits package including an expensed car or car allowance along with ongoing training and career progression is also provided.
