To maintain their enviable position, they have an immediate and exciting opening for a Global Head of Client Services
As Global Head of Client Success, you will:
- Create, execute, and manage strategies for revenue generation, customer success, customer experience and brand protection
- Provide active leadership, motivation and coaching to a direct team of 14.
- Foster continuous improvement in supporting the executive team
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies
- Lead the sales function (strategy, compensation, activity etc)
- Develop strategy and roadmap for omni-channel customer experiences
- Design, deliver and improve operational services
- 10 years executive-level experience within logistics
- Driving outcomes in global sales, marketing, and operational teams
- 5 years scaling sales and customer success
- 5 years revenue management
- Fluent French (preferred)
