This well-funded company is set for phenomenal growth through the build out of their sales function. To drive growth, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in Berlin for an experienced Global Head of Marketing.
  
As Global Head of Marketing, you will be required to:  

• Shape the future of this scale-up company

• Develop and deliver vision and strategy

• Drive multi-channel activities

• Take the lead on all marketing activities (branding, events, internal and external communication)

• Oversee all content ensuring it is on-point

• Generate and understand insight and analysis

• Be the brand advocate

• Be an inspiring sparring partner to the founders

Skills, Traits & Requirements:  

• 5+ years marketing experience with senior level exposure

• Cross-functional team leadership

• A proven record within L&D and/or HR

• A proven ability to deliver strong programs with measurable results

• Marketing automation

• Strong strategic experience

• Enterprise level demand generation

• Design skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Branding

• SEO

• Speak German

• Drive

• Detail oriented
