Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Global Sales Programme Director to be based in London.
As a Global Sales Programme Director, you will:
- Focus on the strategic development of global programs and initiatives that generate incremental revenue
- Analyse internal and external factors to formulate a global plan
- Work with regional sales leaders and solution management teams
- Manage stakeholders to ensure global alignment
- Oversee global demand generation strategy and go-to-market programs
- Define requirements and execute globally
- Travel throughout multiple regions
- 12+ years of experience in designing sales programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed deadlines and a track record of achieving personal targets
- Self-starter with energy, drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of CRM, CX and SPM
- Proven software industry business development skills
- Ability to deliver results in a global, matrixed environment comprised of various internal stakeholders
- Operational rigor and track record of cross stakeholder program management and execution
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy
- Proven capability to federate resources and facilitate collaboration
- A base salary of 75-78k
- First-year achievable OTE of 157k
