Having recently been named in the ‘Recruitment Top 50’, the Certus Recruitment Group is currently experiencing considerable growth both in the UK and internationally.

As a result of this growth, we are now looking to appoint a Graduate Manager to work within our highly successful Graduate Recruitment Team. As a Graduate Manager, you will ensure every graduate candidate enjoys a fantastic experience, throughout the whole recruitment process.

As a Graduate Manager, you will:

  • Source great candidates using all available resources
  • Screen, qualify and assess suitability of sourced candidates
  • To book in qualified and suitable candidates for assessment days and face-to-face interviews
  • Manage and coach each candidate throughout the process
  • Give constructive feedback after all interactions
  • Ensure candidates receive all appropriate interview documentation and that interview preps are conducted by consultants
  • Identify and understand exactly the drivers and needs of each candidate in order to ensure they are offered the best opportunities
  • Maintain a complete understanding of each live candidate’s status with regards to interviewing both through and outside Certus
  • Correctly follow all Company booking-in processes including but not limited to, recording information in influence, sending initiations, informing the candidate of the right information in order to ensure a positive and professional experience for the candidate
  • Promote qualified candidates internally amongst team members in order to maximise the success and opportunity of both the candidate and yourself
  • Assist in the delivery of assessment days
  • Learn and demonstrate an understanding of the graduate team clients and the vacancies
  • Achieve and exceed all daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Utilise social media to generate candidate interest and brand awareness

You will:

  • Be a recent Graduate with a strong desire to break into Recruitment
  • Be able to identify and understand graduate drivers, motivations and desires
  • Correctly follow procedures
  • Be driven and goal orientated
  • Be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
  • Be target driven and demonstrate previous example of success (workplace, academic or sporting)
  • Achieve and Maintain a set number of candidate referrals each week
