As a leading supplier of solutions to the FinTech sector, our client continues to experience business growth. From system implementation and managed support through to enterprise cloud and consulting services, they have dedicated teams working for many of the worlds largest financial organisations. Due to growth in internal requirements, they now have an exciting vacancy for Graduate Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their in-house Recruitment Team.

As a Graduate Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Work with a team or experienced internal recruiters
  • Resource candidates for a multitude of available positions
  • Source candidates through networking, headhunting and using job boards
  • Add to the atmosphere of a slick, fast-paced and dynamic office

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have recently graduated (2016-2017) from a top university
  • Possess a portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc)
  • Be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment
  • Have a genuine interest in technology

The successful graduate candidate can expect an initial base salary of 20-25k with first-year earnings exceeding 30-35k, plus an additional benefits package.
