Our client, part of a global brand, has a simple mission – to bring great tasting pure water to homes and offices all over the UK. Through their unique and branded water bars, they deliver pure water including all the essential minerals naturally existing in water, at the perfect temperature and in endless supply. Due to growth, they now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Graduate Sales / Account Executive to join their London based team.

As a Graduate Sales / Account Executive, you will:

  • Be part of an ambitious Customer Experience team responsible for reaching and smashing ambitious sales targets
  • Manage sales campaigns, their success rate and help design campaign sales strategy
  • Maintain high call times to existing, lapsed and new prospect accounts
  • Develop existing customer relationships, looking for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be degree educated
  • Be a natural communicator with a can-do attitude
  • Have high personal expectations with first class communication and presentation skills
  • Be self-sufficient and able to work with limited supervision/management on a daily basis
  • Demonstrate commitment to developing a lasting sales career
  • Be creative, have entrepreneurial flair and high levels of drive

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 20k with an uncapped first year OTE of 27-30k plus generous benefits and ongoing sales training/career advancement.
