Head of Customer Success – SaaS
60-75k Base, 75-105k OTE + Excellent Benefits
This fast growth start-up works with many of the worlds largest online brands, delivering QA Testing. With a testing portfolio that meets every requirement and an entrepreneurial and talented workforce, they are primed for further rapid growth. They now have an exciting and immediate opening for a Head of Customer Success to lead a performing Customer Success Team.
As an experienced Head of Customer Success, you will:
- Work in a Player-Manager capacity leading a small but growing team of Customer Success Executives
- Build a foundation for growth through implementing metrics, reporting, onboarding strategies, process improvements and automation etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of teams
- Personally manage enterprise accounts (Facebook, Microsoft etc.)
- Take responsibility for hitting and maintaining revenue targets
- Improve and scale customer success outcomes
- Develop tracking and tooling to replicate work
- Recruit, manage, motivate and inspire team members
- Candidates who have 5+ years of customer success management experience
- B2B SaaS experience
- Management/leadership experience
- Developing, improving and implementing customer success strategy
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- The ability to liaise at the highest of levels
- Sales focused
- Hands-on Player-Manager
- Start-up / scale-up experience
