This well-funded company is set for phenomenal growth through the build-out of their global sales and marketing function. To drive growth, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in London for an EMEA Head of Digital Demand Generation.
As Head of Demand Generation, you will be required to:
- Build and execute effective marketing plans to optimise and accelerate pipeline generation
- Build and manage a team of marketing specialists
- Build and drive country-specific best practices and strategies
- Manage and optimise local messaging through creating engaging content
- Measure and report on activity performance
- Contribute to overall global marketing strategy.
- Develop strategy to foster renewals, cross-selling and up-selling
- 10+ years demand generation experience
- 3+ years in a senior leadership position
- A proven record within L&D, HR software, SaaS or digital technology
- Field, digital and content marketing
- A proven ability to deliver strong programs with measurable results
- Marketing automation
- Strong strategic experience
- Enterprise-level demand generation
- International experience
- German language would be beneficial
