This fast growth start-up works with many or worlds largest online brands, delivering Q&A Testing. With a testing portfolio that meets with every requirement and an entrepreneurial and talented international workforce, they are primed for further rapid growth. To meet demand, they now have an exciting opening in London for an experienced Head of Marketing.
  
As Head of Marketing, you will:  

• Scale a world-class demand generation programme

• Create and implement a strategy that delivers high growth goals (CRO and Founder support)

• Drive consistent and predictable MQL’s and SQL’s

• Guide and coach a small but growing marketing team

• Create clear propositions and go-to-market planning

• Increase brand awareness

• Provide senior-level reporting

Head of Marketing applications are invited from:  

• Degree educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 7 years B2B digital marketing experience

• Those with experience gained in a fast-growth technology-led environment (SaaS preferred)

• Those with start-up and/or scale-up experience

• Dynamic digital marketing leaders with multi-million $ budget experience

• Those with a track record of high impact nurture programmes and supporting sales growth

• Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates who are analytical and can interpret online metrics

• Those with sound knowledge of SaaS metrics, funnel optimisation and demand generation

• Experienced product launchers

• Hands-on leaders who thrive on team culture

The successful Head of Marketing can expect:  

• A base salary circa 80-90k

• A 10k Bonus
