Our global brokerage client is looking for an experienced Head of Execution to build out a new execution technology stack.

Responsibilities will include:

Working with senior stakeholders to build and deploy a low-latency execution pipeline, together with auxiliary services such as monitoring and analytics.
Adhering to the agreed technology stack and practices of the organisation, and actively contributing to them
Focusing on quality, time, and budget constraints
Communicating efficiently within the team and with external stakeholders
Driving an agile culture

Experience and Academics required:

4-6 years experience with building Java-based low latency mission-critical equity trading systems
Experience using appropriate tools for quality assurance
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Experience with the FIX protocol
Degree in IT and business-related area (BSc, MSc) or equivalent on-the-job
English is mandatory, other European languages an asset
