Our client, an innovative technology company, delivers a powerful e-commerce platform that delivers unified services, end-to-end. Fully funded, fast growing and inspirationally led, this organisation now needs a Head of Growth Marketing to deliver future results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute a marketing leads strategy
  • Work closely with sales function to drive lead-based revenue
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
  • Identify, test, grow and scale inbound channels
  • Further build brand awareness
  • Measure, experiment with and report on performance (CMO)
  • Lead a team of 2 with a remit to grow marketing functions

Candidate background:

  • 6-10 years marketing management experience gained in SaaS-based environment
  • Strong, measurable performance within a startup software company (preferred)
  • Successfully delivered growth marketing initiatives
  • Strong appreciation of marketing automation (Hubspot)
  • Data-driven
  • Leadership qualities
