Head of Sales – HR SaaS

80-100k Base, 140-160k First Year + Stock
As a UK-based technology company with global ambitions, our high-growth, well-funded, scale-up client deliver enterprise-grade HR Software focused on the ever-important online talent attraction market. To meet expectations and accelerate growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Head of Sales to be based in London.
As Head of Sales, you will:
- Develop and implement both short- and medium-term sales strategy
- Manage day-to-day sales operations
- Design and implement scalable and repeatable sales processes
- Carry a personal quota whilst building out the sales function
- Hire and onboard a sales team
- Evaluate and expand upon current business
- Become a product expert and thought leader
- 5+ years B2B HR SaaS sales experience
- Degree education
- Strong hands-on and leadership skills
- Passion for start-ups
- Strategy and structure development
- Enterprise sales experience
- Advanced Salesforce user
- Drive, motivation, and attention to the details
- First-class communication and presentation skills.
- A base salary of 80-100k dependent upon experience
- 140-160k OTE first year
