Through cutting edge technology and innovation, our client delivers a scalable lead conversion and revenue growth platform to the travel, real estate, automotive and hospitality sectors. This early-stage and well-funded company tackles industry pain points, improve workflow and communications and creates a unique bond between parties. They now have an exciting and new opening for a London based Head of Sales to build out their sales function.
As an experienced Sales Director, you will:
- Drive vision, strategy and results through personal sales activity
- Convert sales funnel into commercial success
- Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the wider company and board
- Be responsible for driving greater results from a small but growing sales function
- Recruit, train and manage a sales team
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams to support roadmap activity
- Facilitate and drive performance management processes
- Develop and grow the teams, champion a culture based on success and run regular incentives
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending events, reviewing publications and participating in professional societies
- Candidates who have a total of 15+ years SaaS and sales leadership experience
- Strategic individuals with previous Start-up experience (essential)
- Player-Managers with hands-on sales experience and personal target ownership ability
- Intelligent individuals who have had exposure to a wide range of sectors
- Those with experience in building sales teams from scratch
- Inspirational candidates who have first-class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and the commitment to deliver sales results in line with strategic objectives
- Polished sales leaders with a proven record of sales success (team growth and revenue targets)
- Those with a high tempo/high-intensity approach to building and leading a sales funnels and teams
- A generous base salary circa 65-75k
- An uncapped 100-120k OTE
