As a hot tech company, our client has leveraged advanced AI and Machine Learning to develop a well-received L&D platform. This well-funded company is set for phenomenal growth through the build-out of its sales function. Due to global growth, they are looking to further strengthen their sales function with the addition of a Head of SDR Sales based in New York.
As Head of Sales, you will:
- Lead the current sales team with a remit to grow (plan, hire and coach)
- Optimize sales processes and strategies
- Manage the team through KPI development, 1-2-1s and regular sales coaching
- Work closely with senior management on developing and implementing best practice and sales strategies
- Set clear team goals
- Maintain effective territory plans
- Build a sales development framework
- Build and drive deep data analysis
- Possess 4-5+ years sales development experience gained in a SaaS/enterprise software environment
- Demonstrate 2+ year in SDR management
- Have worked in a scale-up type environment
- Have experience in hiring/mentoring SDR’s
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and organisation skills
- Have an entrepreneurial flair with the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
- A 100k base salary
- An uncapped OTE of 200k
