Our Series A client has phenomenal backing and an unashamedly elite executive team. With global domination on the cards and an already impressive footing, they need an experienced Head of Sales, to push them one step closer.
As Head of Sales, you will:
- Build and scale a sales function from scratch
- Build a repeatable sales process
- Utilise data and a strong CRM foundation to improve results
- Set metrics and targets to measure and drive results
- Devise and implement a post-sale strategy to deliver excellence in both customer journey and relationship management
- Grow a team through recruiting promising talent
- Train and develop top performers
- Manage both Account Executives and Account Managers
- Develop and manage a career framework
- Deliver reports to the wider company and board
- Performers with 3+ year sales management experience on top of 3+ years outbound sales experience
- Candidates who have built and led highly effective teams selling into SMB’s
- Those that have delivered ambitious company goals
- Leaders who have built and run repeatable sales processes from scratch
- Managers who have a proven record of developing early career/ambitious talent into sales superstars
- Those with solid start-up/scale-up experience
- Strategic operators with both new business and account management experience

- A generous base salary circa 50-70k
