Through their flexible and innovative service, they deliver cutting-edge employee benefit, engagement, and communication solutions to organisations in both the public and private sectors. This growing company continues to deliver impressive results, and as such, they are seeking to expand their sales leadership team by hiring a London-based Head of SMB Sales.
As Head of SMB Sales, you will:
- Lead, coach, train and inspire a team of 7 successful SMB Sales Executives
- Support day-to-day sales activities
- Review, manage and drive the sales funnel
- Drive consistency and continuity throughout the team
- Own Salesforce, forecasting, pipeline management, reporting and more
- Collaborate with internal teams, sales leaders, and the marketing function
- Prepare and implement sales development plans
- Drive best practice
- Develop and maintain a strong, winning sales culture.
- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- 2-3+ years sales leadership experience
- Strong SMB/Mid-Market exposure
- Degree education
- Strategy and structure development
- Coaching and mentoring
- Advanced Salesforce user skills
- Drive, motivation, and attention to the details
- First class communication and presentation skills
- Collaboration skills
- A starting base salary circa 100-120k
- First-year achievable OTE of 146-166k
