To maintain their enviable position, they have an exciting and immediate opening based in Milton Keynes for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer.
As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will:
- Work a 24-hour 4 on, 4 off rotation with 12-hour shifts
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support activities
- Respond to a variety of incidents and service requests
- Cover Storage, Networking, Virtualisation and Microsoft Technologies
- Perform planned maintenance
- Work as part of a multi-disciplined team
- Attain vendor certifications (CCNA, VCP and NCDA)
- IT Operations
- Service provider environment
