Our international client, with a global network of offices provides business executives around the world with tailored practical conferences, large scale events, digital events, webinars and more, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and the regulatory landscape. To maintain their enviable position and further build their NYC sales function, they now have an exciting opening for an HR & Recruitment Coordinator.
As an HR & Recruitment Coordinator, you will:
- Focus on recruiting for a fast-growing team
- Source, manage and onboard
- Work with preferred suppliers, driving candidates into the business
- Conduct phone screenings, Zoom and in-person interviews
- Work with hiring managers to determine requirements
- Support the hiring needs of all functions (marketing, finance etc.)
- Be looking to kickstart a HR/talent management career
- Be a proficient user of LinkedIn and other resources
- Be able to source great candidates
- Have excellent communication and first-class presentation skills coupled with the drive and desire to deliver results
- Be articulate, show initiative, have a positive approach to work and possess a team first mentality
- Ooze energy
- A base salary of 55k
- 10k Annual bonus
