As a leading provider of enterprise-class cloud-based software, our client has grown to become the SaaS solution of choice, for many large and leading brand names. This award-winning company continues to evolve and leads the way through domain expertise and innovative SaaS-based technology. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for an Implementation Consultant to be based in Toronto.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will:

Be responsible for project implementation artifacts, such as requirement documentation
Lead the customer through the entire implementation cycle
Liaise at Director level and above at SMB/Enterprise companies who expect a high level of customer service
Support partner ecosystems
Manage concurrent implementations
Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers
Become a subject matter expert
Provide input for overall implementation process improvements
Mentor new hires and teach best practices

Applications are invited from:

Degree educated candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Technology Consulting and Business Analysis
Those with experience working with one programming language – SQL/Oracle/Python/Java highly preferred
Those with the ability to work as functional lead on assigned projects
Candidates with System Integration experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving individuals with a strong understanding of SDLC
Self-aware and coachable candidates with a strong understanding of data structures and concepts

The successful Implementation Consultant can expect:

A base salary of 66-78k
10% bonus
