Due to continued growth throughout Europe, they now have an exciting opening in Dresden for an experienced Inside Sales Executive
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will:
- Manage a constant flow of web leads, inbound calls and enquires
- Identify, qualify and close opportunities of varying value
- Manage a growing portfolio of existing accounts
- Drive revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling
- Work through the entire sales process from qualification through to info gathering, solutions development and negotiations
- Ensure the customer journey is smooth
- Manage trials and prospect expectations
- Deliver customer support
- Exude the values; Passion, Innovation, ownership and Integrity
- Degree educated candidates with 3+ years previous B2B sales experience
- Results driven achievers with cold calling experience
- Excellent communicators in both written and verbal form (German and basic English)
- Those with the ability to learn and understand new products and technology
- Articulate, competitive and passionate individuals
- Professional, consultative and confident candidates
- Those with a strategic mindest, a genuine interest in technology and the ability to influence at every level
- A base salary of 40-50k
- An uncapped 48-65k OTE
