Inside Sales Representative - AI
Houston - Hybrid
60-70k Base, 85-108k OTE + Benefits
As a Series A start-up, our client leverages best-in-class AI to drive enterprise communications. With solutions designed for Customer Support Centers, chatbots, web and mobile, their advanced AI automates questioning, searching, and information extraction. With an enviable account base that includes many leading names, they are well-placed for further rapid growth. They currently have an exciting opening in Houston for an Inside Sales Representative to work in a hybrid capacity.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Receive full and ongoing sales and product training
- Research and target prospects throughout North America
- Qualify leads sourced via digital campaigns, conferences, trade shows, etc.
- Collaborate effectively with account executives and sales leaders
- Pitch C-level contacts
- Understand technical requirements, provide technical information and explanations, prepare quotations, and close sales
- Work in an entrepreneurial new business focused role
- Create and deliver lead-generation campaigns
- Book and confirm product demonstrations
- Progress your sales career
- Degree level education
- 2-3+ years inside SaaS sales experience
- O&G, financial services, or insurance sector exposure (preferred)
- A customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills with a powerful phone presence
- New business sales skills, tenacity, persuasive nature, and goal oriented
- Those with the ability to learn and understand new products and technology
- Articulate, competitive, and passionate individuals
- Corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- A base salary of 60-70k dependent upon experience
- A first-year achievable OTE of 85-108k
