Internal Account Manager – Key Accounts

Our client, a healthcare related PLC, delivers bespoke specialist healthcare solutions to private and corporate patients throughout the UK. With a strong and growing membership, a solid portfolio of domestic and global accounts and a tailored approach, they are well placed to deliver for further growth. Due to continued growth and their ongoing commitment to existing accounts, they now have an exciting vacancy for an Internal Account Manager to work at their West Midlands office.

As an Internal Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a single high-value account
  • Further build upon and maintain a long-lasting relationship
  • Lead and take total responsibility for all aspects of Key Account Management
  • Prepare for, lead and deliver regular review meetings
  • Analyse business data and initiate periodic and ad hoc client reports
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Manage all day-to-day communications and interactions

You will:

  • Be degree educated and possess a minimum of 3+ years key account management experience gained with large blue chip/corporate clients
  • Demonstrate career stability with a proven record of successfully leading, managing and developing existing high-value accounts
  • Have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at any one time whilst paying strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of an organisation, including executive and director level
  • Be client focused, solution led, highly analytical and possess a strong work ethic with drive, ambition and desire

The successful candidate will be offered a package including a base salary circa 40k plus further and generous benefits. The first year OTE is in the region of 48k.
