Our client, a successful family business, is a growing supplier of consumables to companies across the South of England. With an ever-growing product portfolio and literally 1000s of customers across a range of industries, they are set for further growth. Due to their commitment to growth and existing business, they now have an exciting opening for an Internal Sales Executive to be based at the Theale office.  

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will:

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to close and account management
  • Inherit a growing portfolio of accounts with opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
  • Work in an internal capacity with occasional client facing sales opportunities
  • Target lapsed/old accounts
  • Target numerous sectors including education, healthcare and catering

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a minimum of 12+ months B2B sales experience
  • Be highly motivated and driven to building a successful sales career
  • Have first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise at all levels of the business community
  • Be energetic, tenacious and driven by results
  • Have a customer first attitude, be a natural rapport builder and have a consultative approach

The successful candidates will be rewarded with a basic salary circa 22.25k with a highly achievable and uncapped 34-37k OTE plus additional and generous benefits.
