As a leading provider of educational software solutions and services, our client has developed an enviable position in the UK, Europe and around the globe. Through pioneering software, they have transformed the way we learn, study and manage our education. Due to growth, they now have an exciting opening for an Internal Sales Manager to lead several performing Sales Teams

As an experienced Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive vision, strategy and results, new customer acquisitions, profitable revenue and increase customer share
  • Be responsible for driving greater results from established and performing internal sales teams, through development, coaching and support
  • Manage the performance and development of circa 20 direct sales reports and Team Leaders
  • Analyse sales statistics, review market analysis to determine customer needs and volume potential to formulate policy and develop sales campaigns
  • Shadow, train and support team members
  • Facilitate and drive performance management processes
  • Develop and grow the team, champion a culture based on success and run regular incentives
  • Support key accounts through developing senior relationships with local authorities, school boards and trusts
  • Help negotiate flexible commercial deals

 

 Sales Manager applications are invited from:

 

  • Candidates who have a minimum of 5 years internal sales management experience, gained in a high volume, transactional environment
  • Intelligent individuals who have experience in both new and existing business sales
  • Those with proven experience in developing large internal teams and associated strategies
  • Candidates who have highly effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise at the highest of levels
  • Polished sales leaders with a proven record of sales success (team growth and large revenue targets), a determination to develop a lengthy and lucrative sales management career and a desire for career advancement
  • Those with a high tempo/high intensity approach to building and leading a sales team

 

The successful candidate will be offered a generous base salary circa 40-45k with an uncapped 80-90k OTE, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
