Our client is a leading global provider of talent assessment tools. Through their global reach and the use of the latest technology to ensure the highest levels of flexibility, security and confidentiality, our client delivers flexible solutions for SME to Enterprise level accounts. Due to growth, they now have an immediate opening for an Internal Sales Manager to further develop the London and Marlow based sales functions.

As an Internal Sales Manager, you will:

  • Spend 2 days per week in London with the remainder based in Marlow (all travel expenses paid)
  • Lead, develop and manage a team of Account Executives
  • Develop and execute short and long-term sales strategies
  • Grow, manage, support and coach a team with the goal of delivering a consistent sales performance
  • Maximise revenue to accelerate team growth
  • Devise, set and deliver key performance objectives
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Manage internal relationships

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess 5+ years’ previous sales experience with 2+ years in sales management
  • Be a natural communicator, leader and motivator
  • Have a demonstrable background in sales growth, team growth and target performance
  • Be tenacious, highly motivated and have first class communication and presentation skills
  • Have leadership, commitment and passion. Energy, flexibility and personality
  • Communicate and manage effectively at all levels
  • Make decisions, drive strategy and demonstrate commercial acumen

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 40-45k with an uncapped OTE of 70-80k plus an extensive benefits package, all travel expenses and ongoing opportunities for career development.
