Our international client, with a global network of offices provides business executives around the world with tailored practical conferences, large scale events, digital events, webinars and more, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and the regulatory landscape. To maintain their enviable position and further build their NYC operations, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Conference Producer to join their cohesive and high performing team.

Junior Conference Producer Rewards:

A base salary of 50-60k
Uncapped commissions (65-70k first year)

As a Junior Conference Producer, you will:

Research, produce and coordinate high-quality content-rich conferences and events
Conduct intensive research to ascertain and validate conference content with senior executives
Develop in-depth sales, marketing and project briefs summarizing the main findings of your research
Invite, confirm and manage ongoing relations with senior speakers
Run events onsite and digitally alongside the operation teams
Create a project plan for the creation and delivery of each conference/event
Create original and compelling copy for email marketing and event websites
Manage and control conference budgets
