Working from 12 strategically placed offices, they deliver permanent, contract and consultancy-based solutions on a global scale. To meet demand throughout the US, they have exciting openings in Austin, Texas for recent Graduates looking to break into Recruitment.

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Complete a 3-month training academy
Join a high-performing team of experienced Consultants
Work specific sectors including Actuarial, Finance, Underwriting or IT
Focus on generating/managing a performing account base (after training)
Build strong relationships with candidates
Rapidly progress your career
