Our client is an established FinTech with a strong focus on employee benefits. Through building strong alliances with the UK’s largest employers, our client offers an employee benefits platform focussed on financial wellbeing. From educational resources through to access to funding, they empower employees to take great control. Due to their ongoing commitment to existing accounts, they now have an exciting and rare opening for a Key Account Manager.

As a client facing Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Inherit an active portfolio of key accounts
  • Work from a Central London office in a client facing capacity
  • Deliver account growth through strategic account planning and championing solutions
  • Execute regular account review meetings
  • Successfully demonstrate company offerings to end-users through a variety of mediums
  • Manage all communication with clients, at every level

Applications are invited from:

  • Candidates who have a minimum of 5 years sales/account management experience, gained within a SaaS-based sales environment
  • Experienced candidates who have sold into the HR sector
  • Solid relationship builders who can network through accounts to position offerings
  • Those who have first class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and the commitment to deliver sales solutions inline with strategic account objectives
  • Polished individuals with a proven record of success and a determination to develop a lengthy and lucrative sales career

The successful candidate will be offered a 55-80k base salary with an uncapped OTE of 110-120k, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
