Our client, a leading provider of information, is also one of the UK’s fastest growing technology companies. With solutions covering research and analysis, compliance and lead generation, this fast-paced organisation delivers everything from historical financials through to industry reports and benchmarking. Their high-level screening functionality allows for in-depth analysis and access to an ever-growing portfolio of data, intelligence and filings. Due to their ongoing commitment to existing users, they now have an exciting opening for a Key Account Manager to manage and deliver incremental growth within a Tier 1 Banking Account.

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Create and follow a business plan focussed on growing revenue across an existing tier 1 account
  • Generate and close incremental licence numbers / revenue
  • Deliver a smooth and harmonious account management through developing and delivering strategic sales/account plans
  • Deliver agreed financial targets, focussing on product, service and solution expansion
  • Complete complex contract negotiations and license agreements
  • Contribute to an ongoing strategic sales strategy

Applications are invited from:

  • Candidates who have a minimum of 5-7+ years strategic/key account management experience
  • Proven sales professionals with exposure to working with large complex accounts
  • Degree educated individuals with executive stakeholder management experience
  • Candidates who have first class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and the commitment to deliver sales results in line with strategic account objectives
  • Those with a high level of commercial awareness i.e. identifying opportunities, structuring upgrades, negotiating and closing complex renewal propositions

The successful candidate will be offered a 60-70k base salary with an uncapped OTE of 80-100k, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
