Lightweight and easy to use, their growing portfolio leads the way in strategic targeting, app distribution and digital marketing. To maintain their enviable position, they have an immediate opening in Philadelphia or Bonita Springs for an experienced Lead Software Engineer.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will:

Review the performance of mobile applications
Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring new engineers
Stay on the leading edge of development practices, evaluate, and make recommendations to stakeholders
Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

4+ years experience building and scaling high-volume, high-availability web applications
Building applications utilizing C# and .NET MVC
AWS technologies (EC2, RedShift, DynamoDB, Firehose, Kinesis, or cloud technologies)
Digital advertising technologies (AdMob etc.)
Data Driven
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead a team
