Major Account Manager
55-63k Base, 63-71k OTE, 6k Car Allowance + Great Benefits
As a global technology company boasting 90% of the Fortune 500 as accounts, our client provides solutions, software and data intelligence to power both physical and digital commerce on a large scale. Due to ongoing growth within their major accounts, they now have an exciting and rare opening for a Major Account Manager to lead a strategic account.
As a Major Account Manager, you will:
- Maintain and develop a single strategic account by further building strong customer relationships
- Ensure customer requirements are understood, demands met and issues dealt with and resolved effectively and promptly
- Be responsible for leading the way into new target market segments and increasing the market share, crafting opportunities and pitching new solutions
- Analyse, prepare and deliver strategic level business reviews
- Onboard and support processes
- A minimum of 5-8+ year’s senior business to business sales experience, specifically gained working in enterprise account management
- A proven experience in working with C-level management and budget owners
- Experience in selling software, tech, e-commerce or logistics preferred
- High level of commercial awareness, degree education and a solid record of articulating propositions and concepts
- The ability to work autonomously
