As a hot tech company, our client has leveraged advanced AI and Machine Learning to develop a well-received L&D platform. This well-funded company is set for phenomenal growth through the build-out of its sales function. Due to global growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Marketing Automation Manager to build and own an automation strategy across North America and beyond. This role is based in or near New York.
As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will:
- Work within a global digital demand generation team
- Develop and implement new processes and best practices for marketing automation
- Drive automation wherever possible
- Enrich and report on all marketing activities
- Assist with overall marketing operations
- Extract valuable insights and analytics from existing data
- Orient and guide automation efforts across all markets
- Degree educated with 4+ years HubSpot experience gained a B2B environment
- Driving campaign automation
- Data analysis and problem solving
- Stakeholder management
- Process and best practice development/documentation

- A base salary circa 80-120k
