Marketing Campaigns Manager
Birmingham - Hybrid
Part-Time – 23 hours per week
As a leading provider of business software and consultancy services, our client has grown to become a respected and strategic Sage Business Partner. With access to an ever-growing suite of products and a full range of hosted solutions, they are well-placed for further growth. To cover Maternity Leave, they have an immediate opening for a part-time Marketing Campaigns Manager to work a 12-month fixed-term contract.
As a Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will:
- Research, understand, and monitor ideal customer profiles to develop strong, winning customer value propositions and go-to-market plans
- Research, understand and monitor industry, competitors, and total addressable market trends to build context to our activity
- Develop quarterly marketing plans to drive campaigns, marketing, and sales enablement activity
- Develop and execute great multi-discipline tactical activity
- Plan activity to a budget and monitor performance against budget
- Manage direct reports or supervise non-direct reports as needed
- Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation technology
- Accurately represent the Marketing Department in all stakeholder relationships
- Undertake any reasonable request by management in pursuit of wider company objectives
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, within a B2B environment
- Degree in Marketing and/or CIM qualification
- Results-orientated and always looking at ways to improve

- A part-time base salary circa 18k
