Our scale-up client provides a leading platform focused on referral marketing and customer retention. Working with over 500 brands, they have established a dominant position, which they aim to rapidly grow through both the agency and partner channels. To drive growth, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in South West London for an experienced martech Marketing Director.

As a Marketing Director, you will be required to:

Shape the future of this scale-up B2B SaaS Martech company
Lead a growing team or Marketeers covering PR, Copywriting, Events and Performance
Drive multi-channel demand generation activities
Take the lead on all marketing activities (branding, events, internal and external communication)
Implement and manage partner programmes
Identify and develop online and in-person events
Oversee all content ensuring it is on-point
Support sales functions
Generate and understand insight and analysis
Be the brand advocate

Skills, Traits & Requirements:

10+ years Marketing experience with senior level exposure within martech or B2B SaaS
Cross-functional team leadership
A proven ability to deliver strong programs with measurable results
Marketing automation proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Strong strategic experience
Enterprise-level demand generation
A hands-on approach
Excellent communication skills
