To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening in London for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager.
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will:
- Own and manage the lead management process, architecture and scoring through HubSpot
- Become a CRM, marketing automation and CMS platform super user
- Drive best practices across marketing and commercial teams
- Monitor leads and drive the lead to pipeline process
- Champion the development, integration, and adoption of tools
- Manage the HubSpot-connected tech stack
- Own and deliver onboarding of new marketing team members
- Prepare, produce, and deliver commercial reports and dashboards
- Facilitate the building of campaign assets
- Administer sales enablement platforms
- Optimise website conversion rates
- Degree-educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 2-3+ years B2B marketing operations experience
- Those with experience gained in a fast growth technology-led environment
- Experienced users of marketing tools and automation (HubSpot, Outreach, Cognism etc.)
- Those with a track record of lead management
- Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates
- Those with sound knowledge of sales funnels and pipeline
- SEO, SEM, PPC, email and social experienced candidates
- A base salary circa 60-70k
